Ski In/Out Information
how to Ski-Out
The Elkhorn Lift 14 leaves from just outside the property’s ski locker room, making it easy to get to the slopes. To begin your ski adventure, head to the locker room to put on your boots and collect your gear. Step outside the doors, clip into your skis or snowboard, and glide down the hill for a few seconds until you reach Elkhorn Lift 14. Catch a ride to the top of the lift and find yourself in the terrain area called Strawberry Park.
From here, head down to Strawberry Park Express Lift 12 to reach Beaver Creek’s main mountain. Or if you prefer to ski the groomed runs of Bachelor Gulch, take Lamplighter to Meander and find yourself at the convergence of Upper Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift 18 and Bachelor Gulch Express Lift 16. Whichever terrain you choose to start your day on the mountain, the convenience of skiing out of The Borders Lodge is unparalleled.
how to ski-in
To make your way back seamlessly, aim to take your last run beneath the Elkhorn Lift 14. The smoothest route down is via Bitterroot to Settler’s Way. Arrive at the locker room doors on your skis or snowboard and begin your afternoon filled with relaxation.
If you happen to find yourself at the base village area near Centennial Lift, you can always catch a ride on the complimentary shuttle by downloading the Village Connect app to your phone. Whether you need a ride back after your ski day or any other time, we recommend downloading the app to have handy during your stay in Beaver Creek Village.
Please Note: Elkhorn Lift 14 generally opens mid-December and operates until the end of March based on snow levels.
